ecoREAL ROLE: Energy Modeling + Fundamental & Enhanced Commissioning

ecoREAL provided energy modeling and commissioning — including functional testing — for the AC Marriott Hotel. The project budget was supplemented by working with Energy Trust of Oregon to maximize incentives for design and post-construction commissioning.
