EcoREAL Role: Sustainability Consultant — Owner's Rep Sustainability (with Brown and Caldwell)

ecoREAL works with Brown and Caldwell on Portland Water Bureau's largest infrastructure investment in decades. We facilitated the Early Design Meeting eco-charrette with Energy Trust of Oregon, manage ODOE's GET 1.5% requirement (and serve on the GET Advisory Board), and lead the LEED Enhanced, Monitoring-Based, and BECx commissioning programs.
