Software Engineer
I have been designing and building software professionally for over 25 years. I wrote my first web application around the year 2000, started working with Linux in 1998, and have spent my career solving complex problems for clients in construction, healthcare, education, broadcast media, and e-commerce.
I built the Green Canary platform, an innovative LEED compliance software which was used on projects including the new Walmart corporate campus and adopted as standard procedure by Portland Metro regional government. I understand the data models, the compliance workflows, and the pain points that field teams face.
I also have engineered software for EcoSpex, a quality assurance platform for construction material sustainability verification.
