Pamela has been partner in EcoREAL for 17 years.  Coming from a background in property management as regional sales manager for a Hotel chain ( Red Lions) and resort bank properties (Otter Crest/Inn at seventh Mountain). I co chaired record breaking fundraiser for Boys and Girls Aid Society, raised money for Women without housing Shelter. Participated in creating Talent Well, an online platform to promote small A&E firms to work on larger projects for Prosper Portland. Completed two year MBA Innerise program by city of Portland, graduated from three year Mentor Protege program, by Port of Portland. I attended first WELL AP workshop coarse at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Ohio.

President of my church, Luther Memorial, I lead real estate deal to rescue the church from closure. I was Executive Director of Innovation Partnerships non profit, speaking on “Well Building for All”, At Greenbuild Mediterranean in Italy. Promoted education for OAME, navigator for commercial Cohort for small businesses to get AP Certification in LEED for Prosper Portland. Helped plan and execute chaurettes for large LEED projects, map to net zero, while promoting offerings of Enery Trust of Oregon incentives.

Pamela helps bring the “soul” back in sustainability.
