EcoREAL Role: LEED Project Administrator (Principal in charge: Summer Fowler)

Summer Fowler led an eco-charrette in pre-design with project stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to establish goals, opportunities, and synergies that set the strategic path. Achieved LEED Gold without any additional capital expense by deploying Green Canary's Lean LEED CA tools.
