EcoREAL Role: Owner's Sustainability Representative — hired by Carlton Hart Architects

East County Library will serve as the flagship for Multnomah County. ecoREAL is the Sustainability lead on all of the County Library Bond projects with Otak's Mike Day, working with architects Holst as the LEED PA. Fortis Construction is using Green Canary to streamline material tracking, auto-populate calculators, and enhance equity goals.

• Summer is the Owner’s Representative Sustainability expert for the whole Multnomah County Library $387 million bond, managing ETO PTNZ and ODOE’s 1.5% Green Energy Technology (GET) requirement

• LEED Project Administrator for the East County “Flagship” Library

• Renewable Energy calculated with a consolidated approach across all libraries

• Fortis Construction deployment of Green Canary for Lean LEED CA

• Mass Timber Reduced Carbon Footprint

• Gave back to the community with amenities that did not exist, including a large multi-use theater
